The Indo Tibetan Border Police Force, ITBP has released the official recruitment notification for the post of Constable (Tailor, Gardener, Cobbler, Safai Karamchari, Washerman and Barber).
ITBP Recruitment 2022: The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has announced that it is going to recruit candidates for the post of constable or tradesman. The registration process has been scheduled to commence on November 23, 2022, and will go on until December 22, 2022. Candidates will be able to access the application forms at recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
Through this recruitment drive, the police force is planning to recruit a total of 287 candidates. As per the information mentioned on the official notification, out of the total candidates that will be recruited, 18 will be hired for the post of constable tailor, 16 for constable gardener, 31 for constable cobbler, 78 for constable Safai Karamchari, 89 for constable washerman, and 55 for the post of constable barber.
Candidates who have cleared Class 10 examinations from a recognised board will be considered eligible for the post. As per the guidelines released, the maximum age limit to apply for the post is 23 years, while the minimum is 18 years in the case of the constable tailor, gardener, and cobbler.
On the other hand, the maximum age limit in the case of Constable Safai Karamchari, Washerman, and Barber is 25 years, while the minimum is 18 years. Candidates will be assessed on the basis of their performance in the physical efficiency test, the physical standard test, the written examination, the trade test, and the detailed medical examination or review medical examination.
Interested applicants must note that those who belong to the general category will be required to pay an application fee of 100/-, while candidates who belong to the SC or ST category, are women, or are ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the application fees.
