Human bioaccumulation refers to the process of toxic chemical substances building up inside the human body.
This is caused by a chemical that is absorbed or consumed by the body cannot excrete it fast enough. An example of chemical bioaccumulating in the human body is Mercury.
Bioaccumulation can also occur in humans who are exposed for a long time to noxious chemicals in their home or workplace
