Where are swamp deer found in India?

In India, swamp deer are found in Madhya Pradesh, Assam and Uttar Pradesh. Known as Barashinga they are also found in fragmented portions in Nepal.  The Swamp Deer is different from all other Indian deer species in that the antlers carry more than three tines.
