Can bitcoin be hacked?

Bitcoins are difficult to be hacked as it uses the blockchain technology. There could be security risks at different stages of the trading process; there have been instances of scams, frauds, hacks as per a report of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in May 2021. Moreover, cryptocurrencies are not regulated. Hence it is important that precautionary measures are followed before investing in bitcoins.
