Learning how to draw a traffic signal is not as complicated as driving a vehicle down a road without a traffic signal. Traffic signal drawing is a straightforward exercise that kids of all ages can effortlessly bring into action. Step 1: Before stepping into drawing, develop a basic idea about the shape, structure, and function of the traffic signal.

Step 2: Start by sketching the rough outline of the traffic signal. Use a pencil and a ruler to draw the image of a vertical rectangle. 

Step 3: After drawing the rectangular figure, start adding circles inside it. Keep in mind that the top circle glows with a red light and is a stop signal. 

Step 4: Draw two more circles inside the rectangular box. Assure that the distance between all the three circles is equal.
