Strategies to Obtain Good Scores in RMO

An applicant must devote a significant amount of time to exam preparation to qualify for RMO. It is necessary to save sufficient time to complete Olympiad-level math questions. Their ability to perform well in the RMO is entirely based on their preparation and time management during the RMO and Olympiad stages. So, here are a few suggestions to help you improve your planning and get better RMO Results.

Make a Study Schedule and Strategy

When studying, an RMO candidate must stick to the Syllabus. They can start by creating and following a schedule. Time management is crucial, and the study schedule can be divided into five days to minimize stress. Every student should look over as many RMO sample papers as possible before the exam to ensure that they understand the concepts of each topic. Students can improve their problem-solving ability and speed by using previous years’ question papers. They have a better probability of winning the International Mathematical Olympiad.

Refer to Good Books

Since RMO questions are mainly focused on concepts, it is critical to emphasize basic mathematical concepts. It’s a good idea to read good books written by experts for effective study preparation.

Understand the Syllabus

To prepare for the RMO exam, you must thoroughly understand the syllabus. It will be easier to prepare notes if you examine the RMO Syllabus completely. As a result, it will be less difficult to complete the entire syllabus and practice on time.
