Step 1 – Go to Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission’s official website http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/.

Step 2 – On the upper right-hand side of the website, click on “Download Admit Card”.

Step 3 – Enter your User ID, password, and verification code.

Step 4 – Click on the ‘Submit’ button and wait for the page to load fully.

Step 5 – Your Admit Card will appear on the screen shortly, and you can download it in PDF.

Step 6 – Once the printout of the admit card is ready, make sure to attach your latest self-attested passport size photograph in the space provided.

All the aspirants are advised to carry the HPPSC admit card and valid ID proof to the exam centre; otherwise, they will not get permission to enter the exam hall.

HPPSC State Eligibility Test Pattern

The preliminary exam consists of 400 marks with objective questions and two papers – General Studies and Aptitude Test. Whereas, the Mains exam carries 900 marks with descriptive questions and nine papers, out of which the papers of English and Hindi are of qualifying nature, and there will be optional subjects of the candidates’ choice. Apart from this, the last level consists of an Interview with a weightage of 150 marks. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the Main exam and the Viva-Voce round.
