What are the factors influencing the INET Cut-Off Marks?
The cut-off marks are announced after the first phase for the exam is over. The top scorers will be invited to the SSB round in their respective centres. Candidates for the pilot position will only be invited for an SSB in Bangalore. For other positions, the SSB will be held in any of the following states: Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Coimbatore/ Visakhapatnam/ Kolkata. The following factors determine the cut-off marks:
- Exam difficulty: The greater the difficulty level of the examination, the lower the cutoff and vice versa.
- Higher number of vacanciess: The higher the number of posts, the lower the cutoff.
- Number of Candidates: As the number of applicants increases, so does the cut off, and vice versa.
