Conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), the Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) is a premium biannual exam that recruits some of the finest minds to work in the Indian Banking Industry.

Instruction to fill JAIIB Application Form 2022

Before filling in the JAIIB application form it should be noted that candidates must meet a set of eligibility criteria set by the IIBF for the JAIIB. 

This means that the candidate should have passed the JAIIB Exam first and must be already working in the banking industry. Once these criteria are filled, then candidates proceed with filling out the JAIIB application form.

Steps to fill the JAIIB Application Form

Step 1 – Visit the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance official website.

Step 2 – Select the ‘Examination/Courses’ option on the home page.

Step 3 – Now click on the ‘Flagship Courses’ option under the dropdown menu. 

Step 4 – Select JAIIB and then click on ‘Apply Online’ 

Step 5 – Login with your membership number and password;

Step 6 – Read the instructions carefully and click accept.

Step 7 – Fill in the details like mode, medium, centre for the exam, place of work etc.

Step 8 – Click on ‘preview’ and crosscheck the JAIIB Application form, ensure that the details are filled in properly and spelt correctly in the application.

Step 9 – Now,  click on ‘accept and submit’ for online payment.

Step 10 – Select the payment option (credit/debit card, net banking) and follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.

Step 11 – On completion, take out the print of fee receipt and registration form.

Important Note – JAIIB Application process

  1. After submitting your payment information, please wait for the intimation from the server, it may take 1 to 5 seconds to process the request, but it may take longer in certain cases. DO NOT press the submit button once again, or the Back or Refresh button.
  2. In case the payment is debited from the candidate’s account and the transaction is not successful/completed, the Institute will refund the entire fees electronically within 10-12 working days from the date of transaction. 
  3. Applicants should ensure to furnish correct Mobile number/ email address to receive the application confirmation and various communication from the Institute
