Final Selection

Candidates who successfully meet the minimum marks or cut-off range of the SBI Clerk Mains exam are selected. This is followed by a local language proficiency test and document verification. The Language Proficiency Test (LPT) is basically administered for those candidates who wouldn’t have studied any regional language subject in their 10th or 12th standard. It’s an integral part of the SBI Clerk Recruitment process. Thereafter, the documents of the selected candidates are verified. Once this is done, the shortlisted applicants receive their respective Appointment Letters issued by State Bank of India stating their joining date along with the branch details in which they would be posted.
