In view of the NTA (National Testing Agency) receiving many requests to extend dates for modifying/correcting particulars of the first and second phases of the NEET-UG 2021 Online Application form, the same has been acknowledged.
The dates for modifying fields have now been extended to 13th October 2021 from the previously stated 10th October 2021.
The following table gives details of the schedule for correction –

Candidates who require making changes to both the 1st and 2nd phase of the NEET Online Application form can do so, as this is the final opportunity provided by the officials. It is highly recommended for candidates to recheck and verify their email address registered to make sure it is their own ID as NTA shall send the scanned copy of their OMR answer sheets and scorecard to this e-mail ID registered.
Note: This facility can be availed by those candidates too who have made one-time corrections in the mentioned fields earlier.
