The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka organizes the entrance examination, COMEDK UGET to select aspirants for their MBBS/BDS/BE courses at various medical and engineering institutes in the state of Karnataka. The COMEDK syllabus is based on Class 10 and Class 12 syllabus of the Karnataka State Board. COMEDK 2018 Application Form

The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the COMEDK Application Form 2018 on the official website of COMEDK i.e. The application form is released in online mode from 16th January 2018. Candidates who are willing to sit for the examination can fill the application form along with the COMEDK Application Fee till 19th April 2018.

Before filling the COMEDK 2018 Application Form candidates are advised to check whether they fulfil all the eligibility criteria of the exam. Candidates who fail to fulfill all the eligibility criteria will be cancelled at the stage of admission procedure. Candidates must fill all the fields asked in the application form. Candidates are advised to read all the guidelines and instructions before filling the application form and submit the filled COMEDK application form before the last date. A username and password will be created while the COMEDK Registration process. Candidates should note the information for further reference.

Steps To Fill The Comedk Application Form 2018

Candidates who want to apply for COMEDK 2018 will have to complete some stages of application procedure. The steps to fill the COMEDK 2018 application Form is given in the points mentioned below.

Stage 1: COMEDK Registration

The first step that candidates should do is to register for the exam in the official website i.e. This is the first stage where candidates will have to register for the exam by using the following details given below.

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • Email-ID
  • Unique ID Proof Number

Candidates must enter these details carefully, as it cannot be changed in the later stages. Once candidates have successfully registered, they will be provided with a USER ID and PASSWORD. They should keep the USER ID and PASSWORD for further proceeding with the application form.

Stage 2: Filling the COMEDK Application Form

In this stage, candidates will have to fill all the personal and academic details as per the requirement. Candidates will have to fill details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile number, email id, etc. After entering all the details required, candidates should click on “Save & Continue” button.

After this, candidates will have to enter their academic details like qualifying examinations, year of passing, the name of school and college, marks in 10th and 12th standard, the status of earlier COMEDK appearance, etc.

Stage 3: Uploading Scanned Images and Documents

In this stage, candidates will have to upload their scanned copy of photograph, signature, and parents photo ID and signature.

  • The scanned photograph should not be less than 80 kb and should be in 30 mm * 45mm and in jpeg format.
  • The scanned signature should be in 80mm * 35mm and should be less than 80 KB and in jpg/ jpeg format.

Stage 4: Selection of Exam Centre

Candidates must select at least 3 exam centers where they want to appear for COMEDK 2018. The exam center selection should be in the order of their preference from higher to lower.

Stage 5: Submission of COMEDK Application Form

In this stage of COMEDK Application Form candidates will have to click the “Submit” button after completing all the formalities. After that, candidates will be directed to the payment portal where they will have to complete the COMEDK application fee procedure.

Step 6: COMEDK UGET Application Fee

After selecting the exam center, candidates must pay the COMEDK UGET Application Fee. The application fee structure is given in the table mentioned below.
